A-Speed was created by Brian McGuiness for the Model A Ford community, combining vintage driving passion with modern GPS technology.
I'm Brian McGuiness, I've owned and driven Model As for over 30 years. I built A-Speed because the Model A community deserved a speedometer app that feels like the instruments we admire—vintage gauge faces, honest needles, and tracking of what we want to know. A-Speed is absolutely free, with zero subscription nonsense, with your privacy in mind.
A-Speed was designed specifically for iPhone to keep the driving experience clean, readable, and distraction-free for Model A drivers on the go.
This is a passion project, refined on club tours and Sunday drives where you learn what actually matters: readable speed at a glance, believable RPM, trip miles you trust, and fuel math that tells you how well your car is performing.
